The evening of wine and art is one of locals' favourite. It is an event in which the main word is led by two elements - wine and art, whose combination almost always results in a surreal amount of love, positivity and good time. After a long time, you finally have the opportunity to visit this year's first Evening of Wine and Art, which is held for the first time in the shade of centuries-old trees of the Park of Culture!
The upcoming Evening of Wine and Art is the result of combining wine, local products, music and art into content that presents the offer of wine tourism and culture of Slavonia and Baranja. Get ready because on Saturday, July 10, from 6 pm, a rich music and art program awaits you with the presentation and tasting of wines from Slavonia and Baranja. An unforgettable evening will be taken by a great lover of acoustic guitar - Ivan Kovačević Jimi, followed by a performance by the Scifidelity Orchestra, skilled masters of instruments who honed their craft in all corners of the galaxy, and who guarantee you an unforgettable musical and stage experience that you will not be satisfied! The now traditional Evening of Wine and Art will be further spiced up by the inevitable In Da Sofa, where DJ Pips will take over the baton this Saturday! The art program is prepared by the Museum of Fine Arts, and visitors can expect a wine printing workshop, a dance performance by the Shine Dance Studio, an MLU point with exhibited publications and souvenirs and free admission to the Museum of Fine Arts until late in the evening.
The upcoming event is joined by the Regional Center of Competence Catering and Tourism School Osijek, whose students will show the acquired skills of event management to the satisfaction of all participants and visitors. The Osijek-Baranja County Tourist Board and the Osijek-Baranja County, in cooperation with the City of Osijek and the Creative Agency Adverta, recommend that you round up the date on the calendar and accumulate a lot of goodwill that you will be happy to share with those gathered. Ivan Kovačević grew up in a family where music of various styles and generations was listened to and loved. He started playing the guitar at the age of about 10, mostly self-taught, with a collection of gramophone records and cassettes of his older brothers and father. A love for rock in the 50's, country music, but also fun and root folk music of our region is developing. Basically, anything that sounded good to him from the home collection or the radio. He started playing actively at the age of 16, in various ensembles of numerous genres, commercial and authorial. For the last fifteen years he has been performing mostly alone, as a guitarist and singer, and he is preparing a pop / rock treat for the visitors of the Evening of Wine and Art!

Wine and guitars on one side, glowing soles and the best dance on the other. This Saturday In Da Sofa is a guest of the Evening of Wine & Art where with their concept they will try to make this ceremony even more fun and ultimately more magical. In the Park of Culture, the King Tomislav Park, on Saturday, July 10, from 6 pm, come for a break from everyday tensions, fatigue and turbulence. Allow your bodies to blend in with the rhythm set by the legendary Zagreb DJ who was once watered down and grew up in Osijek, mr. Pips. Never more handsome, never more ready, never more eager to mingle with the Osijek audience, with the help of the truth from the wine, Pips will take you through a hot summer night to remember. Be a part of this great story and put your signature on the moments that make this city the best place to live in the world. Highlight smiles and selflessly share them with everyone present and create a stockpile of ra asons why you will feel good, fulfilled and rested.

MLU WORKSHOP: WINE PRINTING 19.00 h / King Tomislav Park (Culture Park) / Free entrance
Encouraged by the rich oenological offer of our region, and inspired by art, the Museum of Fine Arts will offer our fellow citizens and visitors the production of personalized postcards at the Evening of Wine and Art. Postcards will be made with motifs of your choice, by printing stamps, but instead of ink, red wine will give color. The Museum of Fine Arts keeps valuable graphics of both local and foreign artists in its holdings. In this way, they popularize graphic techniques that do not necessarily have to be complex and show how they can be created with materials from the environment. All visitors who visit the Museum of Fine Arts after the Evening of Wine and Art, with the presentation of a postcard, will be given free admission to current exhibitions.
MLU DANCE PERFORMANCE: PS SHINE / MOVING THROUGH FUNDUS 20.00 h / King Tomislav Park (Culture Park) / Free entrance
The Museum of Fine Arts is preparing to build new exhibition facilities. Thus, the guarded fundus will go out into the space, onto the walls. In the Evening of Wine and Art, the paintings will stand out among fellow citizens through the dance performance PS SHINE and through the stage movement will draw the attention of visitors to the works of art that will be placed in the long-awaited permanent exhibition.
