Osijek Cultural Summer
Next Osijek Summer of Culture (OLJK) will be from 29th June to 8th July 2020
Large theatrical and art festival begins at the end of June, usually on 29th, which is the feast of Osijek patron saints St. Peter and Paul, or at the beginning of July. It takes place in Tvrđa, the old baroque part of the town. You can see plays, films, arts, exhibitions, performances, and other interesting cultural or art events at both outdoor and indoor locations.
The festival is the largest in East Croatia and by its quality it can be compared to all known art summer festivals in the wider region. If you missed some of the interesting plays somewhere in Croatia or this part of Europe it is a good chance for you to see it here in Osijek at the “OLJK”!
